I. Return Period

Customers can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods if the goods meet the return conditions; For orders that have not been shipped, full refund and order cancellation are supported, but exchange is not supported; Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

II. Return Conditions

• The goods must be in a brand-new, unused state with intact packaging, tags, accessories, etc., without affecting secondary sales.

• When returning goods, it is necessary to provide purchase certificates (such as order screenshots, invoices, etc.) and photos/videos related to product issues (required for quality problems).

• Cases where returns are supported:

◦ The goods have quality problems (such as damage, functional failure, etc.);

◦ The received goods do not match the order description (such as wrong model, color, specification, etc.).

• Cases where returns are not supported:

◦ The goods have been shipped (logistics information shows "shipped" or above status) and there are no quality problems or discrepancies with the description;

◦ Customized products and personal items (such as underwear, beauty and personal care products, etc.) without quality problems;

◦ The goods have been used, damaged, or affect secondary sales due to the customer's own reasons;

◦ Products marked as "non-returnable and non-exchangeable" in promotional activities.

III. Return Process

1. Submit an application: Send an application through the "Contact Us" page on the website or customer service email, indicating the order number, reason for return, and product status, and attach relevant certificates.

2. Review and confirmation: The customer service will review within 1-3 working days, and provide return address instructions after approval.

3. Processing method:

◦ Return: Customers send back the goods as required. After the warehouse accepts and inspects the goods, the refund will be made through the original payment method within 7 working days.

IV. Fee Instructions

• For returns caused by product quality problems or inconsistent descriptions, the round-trip freight shall be borne by us (please advance the payment, which will be settled together with the refund, and cash-on-delivery items are not accepted);

• For returns not caused by the above reasons, the freight shall be borne by the customer;

• If the returned goods do not meet the conditions, we have the right to refuse processing and may require the customer to bear the round-trip freight and product loss costs.

V. Other Instructions

• The refund arrival time is subject to the processing of the payment platform and the bank, usually 1-7 working days;

• The final interpretation right of this policy belongs to this independent website. If there are any adjustments, the latest announcement on the website shall prevail.
